10 Breaths away from Calming it down today!

We all get stressed or anxious, or speak when maybe we should hold back for a moment. Well a great way to Calm down our heart and minds like Taylor says "You Need To Calm Down". A very simple breath: inhale through the nose and exhale longer, softer, slower through the nose in as little as 10 breaths can help.
