Yoga (/ˈjoʊɡə/; Sanskrit: योग, Listen) is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline, that aims to transform body and mind. The term denotes a variety of schools, practices and goals n Hinduism, the best-known being Hatha yoga and Raja yoga. The term yoga is derived from the literal meaning of "yoking together" a span of horses or oxen but came to be applied to the "yoking" of mind and body.
The origins of Yoga have been speculated to date back to pre-vedic Indian traditions, but most likely developed around the sixth and fifth centuries BCE, in the same ascetic circles as the early sramana movements

The Pilate's reformer machine and exercise was developed by Joseph Pilates and has been used for decades in New York and California by bodybuilders, boxers, dancers,and many other athletes.The reformer is a complete apparatus which can improve your balance and mental attitude, as well as lengthen and strengthen your body. Through my education I offer a proven program which will change your body, mind and spirit within 30 sessions. Owning two machines also allows me to offer couples, girlfriends, etc. the opportunity to work out together and to achieve goals together.
Deepen your core connection, create better body awareness and give your powerhouse the ultimate challenge. You will exercise more deeply and force your body to work as one unit. The MVE Chair can be done in a class setting and makes it easy for clients to adjust on their own. Pair this workout with light weight conditioning and watch some serious results take place
