I have chosen to keep a comfortable home studio so that it is not intimidating like some busy health clubs can be for some. I can also easily accommodate all hours and changes to assist with my clients' schedule. I am now scheduling for Chesterton, IN classes as well.
You may make your own classes with friends, or affordable personal training without breaking the bank.
The equipment I use is important to me, and therefore it is state of the art Classical equipment by Peak and Root.
I am the proud mother of two athletic sons, a firm believer in practicing daily what I teach and the healthy lifestyle and philosophy they entail.
My client base ranges from athletic teens to active adults (@Del Webb). From post-rehab patients (@Rush Copley Healthplex) to young teens with a need to correct walking stances and posture to Adults suffering from arthritis and slight stroke. For the athletes who attend my classes are designed to be innovative and fun which creates the desire for them to keep coming back.
My greatest reward as a teacher is watching the progress that each and every pupil makes as each excels in their sport, and progresses to more advanced excercises. At any age, Yoga and Pilates compliment each other and create a more toned and sleek body, promotes a better attitude, relaxes the mind, increases stamina and serenity, as well as promotes an overall healthier and happier life style.
