Welcome. Here is a little information about my professional and personal background. Feel free to inquire about any of my credentials and life philosophy I've adopted and want to share with you and others.

Christine
I am the proud mother of two athletic sons, a firm believer in practicing daily what I teach and the healthy lifestyle and philosophy they entail.
My client base ranges from teenagers to active adults (@Del Webb). from post-rehab patients (@Rush Copley Healthplex) to children with a need to correct walking stances and posture and Adults suffering from arthritis and slight stroke. For the athletes who attend my classes I purposely design them to be innovative and fun which creates the desire for them to keep coming back.
My greatest reward as a teacher is watching the progress that each and every pupil makes as each excels in their sport, and progresses to more advanced excercises. At any age, Yoga and Pilates compliment each other and create a more toned and sleek body, promotes a better attitude, relaxes the mind, increases stamina and serenity, as well as promotes an overall healthier and happier life style.
